After the doors, you also need to secure the windows. Check whether all the locks of the windows work fine. A broken lock can invite a burglar through the window. This would be an easy access to your house. For the ones who have a huge glass door to a patio, a simple lock is not enough. A length of wood along the runner would be a great idea for added security.
If you wish to tighten the security of your condominium, you must get to know your neighbors well. All the neighbors can together start a neighborhood watch society. So many eyes together would easily track a suspect. And, as a resident of the complex, you would develop extra sense of security; you would also not worry about your children being alone, in case someday.
The last and the most potent thing you can do for security is to seek help from a security company. They would install a home alarm system in your condo to keep you safe at all times. It is not expensive to get this system installed but even if it would be, it would be a safe bet with respect to the safety and security of your family.
